Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between October 9 – October 21. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.
October 9
Robert Carver – Assault 4th-degree domestic violence (minor injury).
Serhi Rybalko – Speeding 26 miles per hour over the limit, and reckless driving.
October 10
Christopher S. Finch – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Shawn T. Jenkins – Assault 4th-degree dating violence (minor injury).
October 12
Zachary D. Collins – Operating vehicle under the influence of a substance, and leaving scene of accident failure to render aid or assistance.
October 14
Eugene Bodner – Fleeing or evading police 3rd-degree.
Vanity Barry – Assault 4th-degree dating violence (minor injury).
Diana H. Otrusina – Alcohol intoxication in a public place.
October 15
William C. Clagett – Strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related), and assault 4th-degree domestic violence (minor injury).
Edtravion Mitchell – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
October 16
Jennifer L. Holloway – Assault 4th-degree minor injury.
October 17
Andy Ruth – Alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Beau T. Claunch – Receiving stolen property $1,000<$10,000, no operator’s moped license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance.
October 18
Tyler Lee Masters – Alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Eric Fonseca – Wanton endangerment 1st-degree discharge of firearm, menacing, violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order.
October 20
Danielle Moreno – Assault 4th-degree domestic violence (minor injury).
Robert Ward Henderson – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Johnny D. Goforth – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 2nd-offense.
Carmen Greer Rossmann – Speeding 26 miles per hour over the limit, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

James L. Elery – Leaving scene of accident, failure to render aid or assistance, alcohol intoxication in a public place, failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
