Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between October 2 – October 7. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.    

 

October 2 

Marshal Siler – Wanton Endangerment 1st-degree, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possession. 

Lindsey Steward – Strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related), and assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 

 

October 3

Michael S. Howell – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense. 

 

October 4

Bryce Michael Ashaun Chestnut – Reckless driving. 

Krystel Ford – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Teleyah Richardson – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Lola Raine Thorpe – tTheft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting

 

October 5

Alfredo Espinoza Alvarez – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Raul Aguilar Lazcano – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

 

October 6

Anacleto Ramos – Speeding 18 miles per hour over limit, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and possession of open alcohol beverage in motor vehicle prohibited. 

Matthew Tyree – Unlawful Imprisonment 1st-degree. 

 

October 7

Sarah B. Johnson – Possession of defaced firearm.
