March 10

Daemian F Osborne – Possession of controlled substances 1st-degree 1st offense (opiates) 

Deanna Lee Bryer – Failure to appear in court.

March 11

Jennifer R Smith – Failure to appear in court.

March 13

Michael D Brumley – Public Intoxication controlled substances (excludes alcohol).

Terry L Travis – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

March 15

Joseph T Strong – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

March 16

Joseph P Manning – Strangulation 1st-degree. Assault 4th-degree. Sexual abuse 3rd-degree. 

Charles T Hurst – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 

Sergey Maksim – Speeding 19 miles per hour over the speed limit. Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in vehicle prohibited. Operating on a suspended or revoked license.

Anthony D Ashley – Burglary 3rd-degree. Persistent felony offender.

Byron L Dillingham – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others.
