NICHOLASVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT
• Nicholasville firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on U.S. 27 South on March 29.
• On March 30, firefighters responded to a gas leak on Broadway.
• Firefighters responded to an illegal attempted burn on Cannoball Drive March 30.
• On April 1, firefighters responded to a a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Lexington Road.
• On April 1, firefighters responded to a chimney or flue fire on Chrisman Mill Road.
• On April 2, firefighters responded to an unintentional sprinkler activation on Keene Road.
• On April 2, firefighters responded to an outside trash fire.
• On April 4, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on South Central Avenue.
• On April 4, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Orchard Drive.
• Between March 29 and April 4, city firefighters responded to 13 EMS calls excluding vehicle accidents with injuries.
NICHOLASVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT
• Steven Michael Walton was arrested April 5 on two Boyle County warrants and was charged with identity theft, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possessing of buying drug paraphernalia.
• Brandon Ray Perkins was arrested by Nicholasville Police April 4 and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
• Nathaniel Weston Masters was charged April 3 with nonpayment of court costs, fees or fines.
• Shawn Darnell Jefferson Jr. was arrested April 2 for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (aggravating circumstances).
• James R.Webb was charged April 3 with shoplifting and two counts of failure to appear in court.
• Heather R. Allen, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or another substance.
• Christopher Noe was charged April 3 with failure to appear.
• Erica L. Mayes was arrested April 4 for fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) with minor injury.
• Angela R. Colwell was arrested April 4 for shoplifting.
