— Cassidy A. Teater, 35, of Terrace Avenue, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 1 with driving under the influence, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Jayvion Tucker, 22, of Lexington, was charged Oct. 4 with improper turning, driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.

— Chaise Derashon Blakeman, 18, of Winchester, was served a warrant Oct. 4 for receiving stolen property.

— Mark McCubbins, 55, of Floyd Court, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Oct. 3 for second-degree unlawful imprisonment.

— Makenzie Anderson, 22, of Longview Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Oct. 3 for theft by unlawful taking.

— John W. Rutherford, 56, of Marble Creek Lane, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Oct. 3 for theft by unlawful taking.

— Lori Jean Foley, 46, of Nottaway Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Oct. 4 for fourth-degree assault.
