Several people gathered Monday night at Wilmore’s City Council meeting to celebrate Wilmore becoming a Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame City. The Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame Foundation was formed for the purpose of recognizing Kentucky citizens, past, present and future who serve honorably in the uniformed services of the United States military.
