Miss Polly from HANDS shares 10 things you should know. Not just for new parents, but those who haven’t had a baby in a while, grandparents, relatives raising a baby and those looking to foster or adopt. This will include babies both new born and up to the first year. Part of our Bellies and Beyond Series – the second Saturday morning each month. Donation suggested.

A skill based play group helping families engage in a little edu-fun every day. Our Monday morning meeting allows parents to help their children (ages 3 to 6) with early literacy, math, and science both gross and fine motor skills. Giving them ideas to try at home. Donation suggested.

Flex with Aureol!

A great way to check out FLEX! and get questions answered. The FLEX classes part of Silver Sneakers Program are led by Aureol. An experienced teacher of this Senior Adult exercise program, she has many years of group exercise/Zumba/Line Dance, and other forms of movement teaching under her belt.
