Nicholasville women arrested for alcohol intoxication in public
Cheyenne Marie Bradt, 25, of 928 Pinoak St. in Nicholasville, and Mackenzie Oaks, 24, of 111 Creek Ridge Drive in Nicholasville, were arrested March 13 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the Waffle House at 1034 N. Main St. concerning to two intoxicated females who were in the restaurant.
Bradt was described as “manifestly under the influence” and having slurred speech. Bradt allegedly told officers she had driven to the restaurant and at some point ran off the road into a ditch. Officers found front-end damage to the driver’s side of Bradt’s car. Bradt was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center.
Oaks was described as lethargic, showed delayed responses to questions and having slurred speech. Oaks allegedly told officers she was 24 and she had a right and it was legal for her to be drunk, according to the citation.
She was described as “manifestly under the influence,” along with her friend, and arrived to the restaurant by driving a vehicle. Oaks was placed under arrest and was transported to the Jessamine County Detention center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for DUI
Charles Austin Lark, 26, of 103 Broadway St. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 15 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers said Lark was driving a vehicle northbound on US 27 and was “having a hard time keeping the vehicle inside his lane of travel.”
Officers witnessed the passenger side tires cross the white dashed line twice. After initiating a traffic stop, Lark allegedly told officers he was traveling to his girlfriend’s residence on Allison Circle. Lark was described as having slurred speech and admitted to officers he had a few beers and a shot of whiskey 30 minutes prior to driving. Lark failed a field sobriety test. Lark was placed under arrest and transported to University Kentucky hospital where blood was drawn. Breathalyzer test results were .213. Lark was then taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication
David Smith, 47, of 201 N. Second St. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 16 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Smith showed up at his parent’s house, at the above listed address, allegedly uninvited. Smith was described as having glassy red eyes, slurred speech and being unsteady on his feet. Smith allegedly told officers he had been drinking vodka.
Smith was placed under arrest and was transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville woman arrested for assault
Tina A. Brock, 49, of 852 Wilmore Road in Nicholasville, was arrested March 17 for fourth-degree assault, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers responded to the above address to the report of a subject who was being combative. Upon arrival, officers spoke with the victim who said his girlfriend had punched him several times in the face. The victim had noticeable injuries and bleeding to the right side of his face, and a witness on scene told officers they saw Brock assault the victim. Brock was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication
Joseph Harry Spalding, 51, of 101 Richmond Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested March 16 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Spaulding was located lying down on the sidewalk on Lincoln Heights and told officers that he was intoxicated. Spaulding was described as having slurred speech, stumbling and was unable to stand.
Spaulding was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication in Walmart
William Wynne Osborn, 71, of 210 Strawberry Court in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 17 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, according to the citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers received a call that Osborn was inside Walmart, located at 1024 N. Main St., and was described as not being able to stand up and aggraaggravating customers in the store.
Upon contact, Osborn was described as unsteady on his feet, having slurred speech and allegedly admitted to consuming a single alcohol beverage earlier in the evening. Osborn allegedly told officers that he would “slap them.” Osborn was placed under arrest and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Wilmore man arrested for DUI after non-injury collision
Brian K. Hornsby, 46, of 637 Barefoot Drive in Wilmore, was arrested on March 16 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to a citation issued by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers responded to a non-injury collision involving Hornsby at US27 and Keene Center Way. Hornsby’s car had collided with the vehicle infrount of him at the intersection. Hornsby was described as unsteady on his feet and having red glassy eyes. Hornsby allegedly told officers that he had consumed alcohol earlier that day. A field sobriety test was given which Hornsby failed. Breathalyzer test results were .227. Hornsby was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for DUI after non-injury accident
Joseph B. Everett, 30, of 100 S. Main St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 18 for DUI, according to a citation issued by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.
Everett was allegedly involved in a non-injury accident and while under investigation stated that he had “messed up” and smoked serenity earlier in the day and lost control of his truck. Everett was described as being unsteady on his feet. During search, officers found a small bag of marijuana in Everett’s right pocket. Everett was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Stella M. House, 55, of 404 Corman Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 12 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense and failure to illuminate headlamps.
— Richard Shawn Noe, 40, address unknown, was arrested on March 12 for failure to appear.
— Valentin M. Rodriguez, 18, of 110 N Fourth St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 13 for assault, fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
— David A. Hold, 36, of 842 Wilmore Road in Nicholasville, as arrested on March 13 for failure to appear, contempt of court, libel or slander and resistance to order.
— Jessica Foxworth, 29, of 1003 Pine Bloom Drive in Lexington, was arrested on March 13 for reckless driving.
— David Howell, 53, of 511 Sandee Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 13 for failure to appear.
— Kenneth Johnson, 40, of 137 Ashville Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 14 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
— Stephens Carter 27, of 386 Hartley Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 14 for non-payment of fines.
— Clayton Hensley, 48, address unknown, was arrested on March 15 for probation violation for felony offense.
— Douglas L. Garrett, 31, of 125 E Brown St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 15 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
— Robert David Bruce, 26, of 220 Mary Rose Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 15 for no operators-moped license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance or security, first offense and no registration plates.
— Jason Aaron Prater, 39, of 218 Robyn Drive in Winchester, was arrested on March 15 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
— Kathy Lynn Moore, 40, of 257 Gainesville Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 15 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500.
— Brooklin Hamm, 25, of 3023 Lexington Road A2 in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 15 for failure to appear.
— Nancy N. Caswell, 39, of address unknown, was arrested on March 16 for failure to appear.
— Jammie Dewayne Watson, 40, of 3520 Branchwood Place in Lexington, was arrested on March 16 for failure to appear.
— Curtis M. Kelly, 27, of 1901 Lock 8 Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 16 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
— Eugene Bodner, 33, of 122 Jessamine Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 16 for probation violation (terminated from drug court).
— David Smith, 47, address unknown, was arrested on March 17 for alcohol intoxication in a public place third greater offence in 12 months.
— Jeffrey J. Buckler, 30, of 506 Miles Road in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 17 for theft of services.
— Michelle L. Bruner, 31, of 102 Maple Leaf Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 17 for contempt of court, libel or slander and resistance to order.
— Christopher Wayne Bottoms, 39, of 2305 Jessamine Station Road in Wilmore, was arrested on March 18 for failure to appear.
— Sandra D. Gardner, 36, of 128 Rob Roy Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 18 for probation violation (for technical violation).
— Maloree Wise, 22, of 231 S Lexington Ave. in Wilmore, was arrested on March 18 for probation violation (for felony offense).
— Shannon Johnson, 34, of 307 S Main St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 18 for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
— Alyssa Kristine Claar, 24, of 307 S Main St. in Nicholasville, was arrested on March 18 for failure to appear.
