Nicholasville Police Department

• Paul L. True, 24, 222 Ridgewood Dr., was arrested Sept. 22 at 14 Wichita Dr. and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• Kara Hickerson, 28, 152 Bernie Trail, was arrested Sept. 22 at 1024 N Main St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

• Tracey S. Freeland, 45, 1072 Ashgrove Pike, was arrested Sept. 21 at Wilmore Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

• Destiny L. Kirkland, 18, 408 Mile Road., was arrested Sept. 21 at 995 S. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500.

• Timothy W. Gill, 18, 364 Ethel Road., was arrested Sept. 21 at 995 S. Main St. and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500.

• Edward C. Bryant, 41, 129 Springhill Road., was arrested Sept. 19 at 201 S Main St. and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

• Taubreenia A. Brown, 29, 219 Mandalay Road., was arrested Sept. 19 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500 and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Derek Hughes, 51, unknown address, was arrested Sept. 21 at 979 N. Main St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.

• Jimmie A. Neal, 23, 113 Pettus Court, Stanford, Kentucky, was arrested Sept. 23 at the Nicholasville Bypass and charged with reckless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to maintain insurance and no registration plates. 

• Daniel W. Hogue, 23, 344 A Rebel Road., was arrested Sept. 22 at Bell E Chase Lane at Nottaway and charged with  alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense. 

• David F. Denny, 52, 1020 Planview Dr., Danville, was arrested Sept. 25 at the Nicholasville Bypass and charged with careless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

• Clinton M. Bugg, 30, 112 Birch Dr., was arrested Sept. 24 at Longview Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, first and second offense.

• Michael Potter, 35, 316 Wichita 8, was arrested Sept. 23 at his home address and charged with forth-degree assault. 

• Lawrence Miller, 44, 100 Twilight Ave., was arrested Sept. 24 at 4000 Lexington Road. and charged with theft by unlawful taking under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in the proper container. 

• David Browning, 48, 315 B Edgewood Dr., was arrested Sept. 25 at S. Main Street and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. 

The Nicholasville Police Department served 17 warrants. 

Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office

• Jennifer L. Hartman, 39, 71 Coolbreeze Dr., was arrested Sept. 25 at her home address and charged with fourth-degree assault.  

• Joseph B. Couch, 26, 3356 Daryton Place., was arrested Sept. 24 at U.S. 27 at Ashgrove and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

• Michael Paul Daughtery, 30, 2520 Knightsbridge Lane, was arrested Sept. 22 at 5001 Harrodsburg Road. and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 

• James D. Davis, 27, 2326 Markey Pike, was arrested Sept. 19 at his home location and charged with violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order or a domestic violence order and resisting arrest. 

The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office served 29 warrants.
