— Alan M. Corner, 26, of 6708 Memory Lane in Louisville was arrested on Aug. 28, 2017 and charged with failure to appear and assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.

— Edward R. Stamper, 51, of 203 Big Run Road in Lexington was arrested on Aug. 29, 2017 and charged with receiving stolen property under $10,000, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of a controlled substance in the first degree first offense (heroin) and promoting contraband in the first degree.

— Chelsea A. Blair, 22, of 1589 Northwest Hill Rise Drive in Lexington was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

— Shacrea J. Jones, 28, of 2505 East 37th Street North in Tulsa, Okla. was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with non-payment of fines.

— Mark D. Sparks, 42, of 117 Terrace Avenue in Nicholasville was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with non-payment of fines.

— Chanse R. Robertson, 35, of 205 Peachtree Drive in Nicholasville was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with murder.

— Brandon L. Parker, 24, of 218 East Maple Street in Nicholasville was arrested on Aug. 31, 2017 and charged with possession of a controlled substance in the first degree first offense (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

— Justin Sebastian, 38, of 540 Wichita Drive in Nicholasville was arrested on Aug. 31, 2017 and charged with failure to appear.

— Trevino C. Mattingly, 36, of 236 Maple Leaf Lane in Nicholasville was arrested on Sept. 1, 2017 and charged with non-payment of fines.

— Anthony Ashley, 47, at the Jessamine County Detention Center was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree first offense (one count methamphetamine, one count drug unspecified and one count heroin) and trafficking in a controlled substance first degree first offense two grams or less of methamphetamine.

— Laura Morgan, 45, at the Jessamine County Detention Center was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others under $500.

— Tyler Bonds, 29, of 130 N. Fourth St., in Nicholasville was arrested on Aug. 30, 2017 and charged with failure to appear and probation violation.

– Joseph W. Jackson III, 36, of 1433 West Northbend Road in Cincinnati, Ohio was arrested on Aug. 31, 2017 and charged with failure to appear.

— Chad Tate, 38, at the Jessamine County Detention Center was arrested on Aug. 31, 2017 and charged with contempt.

— Arlie Harper, 31, at the Jessamine County Detention Center was arrested on Aug. 31, 2017 and charged with contempt.
