Jessamine County Schools holding non-traditional instruction Wednesday

Today, Jessamine County Schools will not be having in-person instruction. It’s the second day in a row the school district is having virtual non-traditional instruction.
“Due to the hazardous conditions of several county roads and a cold weather advisory issued for tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2025 will be NTI Day 7 for Jessamine County Schools (JCS). Wind chills are expected to drop as low as -10 to -20 degrees and ensuring the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority,” read a Jessamine County Schools Facebook post.
JCS childcare at Nicholasville Elementary School will once again be open for students who are pre-registered for NTI care. Athletic directors and principals will communicate about athletics and extracurricular activities.
