Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between September 1 – September 23. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.    

September 1 

  • Matthew F Williams – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense. 

September 4

  • Jonathan Thomas Watkins – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
  • Stephen Douglas Clark – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

September 18

  • Nancy Hines – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
  • Kimberly Smith – Possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine), trafficking 3rd-degree 1st offense, trafficking in controlled substance 3rd-degree 1st offense, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
  • David J. Munson – Violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order (EPO)/domestic violence order (DVO), and assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 
  • Richard L. Langfels – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting, fleeing or evading police 3rd-degree, and resisting arrest. 

September 19

  • Michael Allen Howell – Driving on a DUI suspended license 1st offense, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  

September 20

  • William Hogue – Alcohol Intoxication in a public place 1st & 2nd offense. 
  • Joseph Milton Jr – Driving on a DUI suspended license – 1st offense, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, operating motor vehicle without ignition interlock device, and failure to or improper signal. 
  • Elvin L. Wilkerson – Assault 1st-degree. 

September 21

  • Ronald Potter – Reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcohol beverage container in vehicle prohibited, and license to be in possession. 
  • Robert Carver – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting and alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
  • Michael Allen Curtsinger – Violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order (EPO)/domestic violence order (DVO). 

September 23

  • Billie L. Banks – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance 2nd-degree, possession of marijuana, and possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia. 
  • William Hogue – Alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense).
