September 5

Brian E. Peel – Procure or promote the use of a minor by electronic means.

September 9

David Hawkins – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

September 11

Cody R. White – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others. 

September 12

Charles Avery Jones – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/substance 1st offense, and possession of synthetic drugs 1st offense.

September 13

Clarence Edward Redmond – Driving on DUI suspended license 1st offense, and possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited. 

Byron Dillingham – Public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Shaun D. Duncan – Assault 4th-degree (minor injury), menacing, resisting arrest, terroristic threatening, 3rd-degree.

William S. Hogue – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
