Nicholasville Police Department 

• Crystal Halvorson, 32, 2805 Yellowstone Parkway, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 28 at Longview Drive and charged with theft of identity of another. 

• James D. Desavieu, 24, 208 Edgewood Drive, was arrested Jan. 27 at 303 Peachtree Road and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• Matthew L. Bruner, 19, 107 Wolfe St., was arrested Jan. 27 at 146 Imperial Way and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. 

• Michael I. Wilcher, 22, 590 Geneva McKinney Road, Hustonville, was arrested Jan. 28 at Nicholasville Bypass and charged with speeding 26 miles per hour or over, reckless driving and operating motor vehicle under the influence alcohol/drugs/etc. 

• Daniel L. Antle, 35, 321 Hillbrook Drive, was arrested Jan. 28 at Bennett Drive and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. and third-degreee possession of a controlled substance. 

• Wilton E. Hollifield, 39, unknown address, was arrested Jan. 25 at Wichita Drive and charged with second-degree fleeing or evading on foot, third-degree burglary, resisting arrests, drug paraphernalia buy/posses and receiving stolen property under $500.  

• Dominique P. Godfrey, 26, 2488 Ryan Circle, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 26 at Lexington Road and charged with receiving stolen property (firearm), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

• Clifton Y. Bryant, 23, 110 Stratton Ave., was arrested Jan. 25 at Longview Drive and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance and possession of synthetic drugs. 

• Teddy E. Freeman, 1700 Jennifer Road, Lexington, was arrested Jan. 25 at Park Central Avenue and Lexington Road and charged with theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting under $500.

• Dalton R. Tatro, 25, 116 Susan Trace, was arrested Jan. 25 at Susan Trace and charged with fourth-degree assault. 

• Justin Smith, 21, 1036 Pinoak Drive, was arrested Jan. 23 at Pinoak Drive and charged with second-degree fleeing/evading police. 

• Ernest W. Gilley, 53, 319 N. Main St., Winchester, was arrested Jan. 23 at Speedway by McDonalds and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

The Nicholasville Police Department served 19 warrants.

• Mary C. Hager, 33, 25 McDowell, was arrested Jan. 28 at 107 N. Main St. and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing. 

• Alexandria N. Green, 29, 208 S. Town Branch, was arrested Jan. 28 at Brannon Road and Route 68 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. 

• Brian Hubbard, 33, 344 Ethel Dr., was arrested Jan. 27 at McDowell Drive and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance. 

• Matthew J. Hulsing, 24, 513 N. 3rd St., was arrested Jan. 26 at 864 Richmond Ave., and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of open alcohol beverage in container in a motor vehicle. 

• Tonya Lee Frederick, 49, 420 Apache Drive, Paint Lick, was arrested at Bethany Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of marijuana.

The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office served 34 warrants.
