Jesse Smith, 72, Lancaster, husband of Mary, died Tuesday. The Funeral will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 28 at Ramsey-Young Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. on  Friday at the funeral home.
