Saint Joseph Jessamine announced its 2024 Employee of the Year and Leader of the Year Recipients at the CHI Saint Joseph Health Foundations’ Humankindness Gala in May.
CHI Saint Joseph Health is a faith-based health system and one of the largest in the state of Kentucky. Saint Joseph Jessamine is a Jessamine County hospital.
Every year, Saint Joseph Jessamine recognizes an Employee and a Leader of the Year who “go above and beyond their duties and demonstrate the health care system’s core values,” read a press release by CHI Saint Joseph Health.
The Employee of the Year is Nicholasville resident and Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist Erica Coup. Coup’s job is to produce images of the inside of the body using a CT scan.
“Erica shows our core values in every interaction with patients and co-workers,” her nominator said.
Patsy Harlow of Versailles, a lab services supervisor, has been named the 2024 Leader of the Year, recognized for her outstanding leadership in a managerial position.
“Patsy is sweet, kind, compassionate, kind, kindred-spirited, honest, and hard-working,” said her nominator. “She covers all shifts for her employees. She always has a kind word for everyone and offers to help others if they need her. She is an extraordinary leader. She leads by example. She goes above and beyond her call of duty. She displays kindness to everyone.”
Among a long list of state-wide winners, Chris Clark, also of Nicholasville, received Advanced Practice Provider within the CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group sector.
