Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between Dec. 22-26. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.
Friday, Dec. 22
Jermaine A. Lewis was arrested on US 27 and Industry Pkwy. at 8:44 a.m. for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Henry Deron Perkins was arrested on Lexington Road at 9:05 a.m. for four charges, including trafficking in a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, instructional permit violations, and excessive windshield/window tinting.
Steven Mersfelder was arrested at East Brannon and Jaclyn Drive at 2:39 p.m. for six charges, including careless driving, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/registration, no operator moped license, trafficking in controlled substance 1st-offense, promoting contraband 1st-degree, and possession of firearm by convicted felon.
Saturday, Dec. 23
Christy L. Hill was arrested at Neon Night at 1:26 a.m. for two charges, including alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense, and disorderly conduct 2nd-degree.
Thomas Ambrose Williams was arrested at Nicholasville Road near the county line at 11:30 p.m. for two charges, including alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct 2nd-degree.
Sunday, Dec. 24
Megan M. McCollum was arrested at Speedway at 12:52 a.m for two charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (Heroin), and possession of controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (Methamphetamine).
Mark Hill was arrested on North Main Street at 1:14 a.m. for failure to appear in court.
Christy M. Broach was arrested at Kohl’s at 4:57 p.m. for three charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting (complicity), alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd-offense, and possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.
Jamaeka Broach was arrested at Kohl’s at 4:57 p.m. for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting, and possession of burglary tools.
Mickey Thomas Humphrey was arrested on Peachtree Road and Cherrybrook Drive at 10:33 p.m. for three charges, including violation of a Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, intentional unlawful use of a tracking device, and possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (methamphetamine).
Tuesday, Dec. 26
Jason Matthew Perry was arrested at sonic at 2:52 p.m. for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
Brandi N. Stevens was arrested at North Main Street at 3:15 p.m. for public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol.)
Jennifer L. Rivera was arrested at Walmart at 10:18 p.m. for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
