The following arrests were made by the Nicholasville Police Department between July 24 and Aug. 1. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.

Monday, July 24

• Jatashia Renee Duff was arrested at 12:41 p.m. on Gray Oak Lane and Elk Grove Drive for failure to appear in court.

Tuesday, July 25

• Vernon D. Harrison was arrested at 7:35 a.m. at T-Mart on Main Street for two charges, including leaving the scene of the accident/failure to render aid or assistance and operating on a suspended or revoked operating license.

• Brianna M. Brevik was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on North Main Street for disorderly conduct, 2nd-degree.

Wednesday, July 26

• Robin Johns was arrested at 7 a.m. at the Derby Ridge Apartments for public intoxication of a controlled substance and giving officers false identifying information.

• Tevis R. Beaty was arrested at 6:51 p.m. on Southbrook Drive assault 4th-degree (violence-minor injury).

• Jeffrey Mondelli was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on South Main Street for a probation violation.

• Donald L. Boyd was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on John Sutherland Drive for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.

• Charles Ray Taylor was arrested at 10:46 p.m. on Gainesville Drive for failure to appear in court.

• James Graves was arrested at 10:52 p.m. on Rebel Road for two charges, including failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.

Thursday, July 27

• Danny W. Kanatzer was arrested at 12:04 a.m. at Pizza Hut for three charges, including criminal trespassing 3rd-degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense) and terroristic threatening  3rd-degree.

• Michael Marcum was arrested at 11:20 a.m. at the Nicholasville Police Department for a parole violation.

• Paul E. Berge was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on Imperial Way for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Sandra D. Gardner was arrested at 11:24 p.m. for failure to appear in court.

Friday, July 28

• Mark Earle Gardner was arrested at 2:29 a.m. on Strawberry Lane for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

• Aaron C. Nichols was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Park Drive for three charges, including possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 1st-degree, 1st-offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kevin Scott Fogle was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on the Nicholasville Bypass for failure to appear in court.

• Michael D. White was arrested at 8:44 p.m. at 1024 North Main Street for two charges, including failure to appear in court and theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

• Richard Vancleve was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on East Maple Street for operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st-degree.

Saturday, July 29

• Christian Lee Tiller was arrested at 5 a.m. on Applegrove Drive for operating a motor vehicle under the influence 1st-degree.

• Corey Dylan Gamble was arrested at 6:12 a.m. on Grey Oak Lane for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 2nd-degree.

Sunday, July 30

• Luis Reyes was arrested at 1:02 a.m. on Hickory Hill Drive for assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) with no visible injury.

• Duane Scott Wooldridge was arrested at 7:43 a.m. at the U.S. 27 S Ramp from KY 25 N for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st-degree.

• Billy J Hays was arrested at 9:58 p.m. on North Main Street for Failure to appear in court.

• Johnny W. Brooks was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Longview Drive for assault 4th-degree.

Monday, July 31

• Breannah D. Bottom was arrested at 8:18 p.m. at the Main Street Walmart for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.

Tuesday, August 1

• William Bradley Thornton was arrested at 1:12 a.m. on South Main Street for two charges, including theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
