Charged

— Danny Depree Sandifer, 39, of Mingo Road, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 28 with fourth-degree assault.

— Misty Dawn Hatfield, 41, of Miles Road, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Oct. 27 for second-degree robbery.

— Ernest Jones, 35, of Charlotte Circle, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 29 with fourth-degree assault.

— Michael L. Hudson, 35, of Sugar Creek Pike, Nicholasville, was charged Oct. 29 with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

— Jamann Byrd, 38, of Lexington, was charged Oct. 30 with disregarding a stop sign, trafficking in marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) and second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He was also served a warrant for failure to appear.

— Hannah E. Thurmer, 22, of John Sutherland Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 3 with fourth-degree assault.

— John L. Chappell, 55, of East Maple Street, Nicholasville, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication, third-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

— Stephen Wayne Sauls, 37, of Locust Heights, Nicholasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (fourth offense) and failure to maintain insurance.

— Anthony Hurt, 34, was charged Saturday with trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin).
