Charged
— Curtis Cummings, 30, of 100 All Star Way, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 12 with third-degree burglary.
— Anthony Abney, 28, of 107 High St., Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 11 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear.
— Cheryl Lee Perkins, 49, of 343 Garden Park Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 11 with fourth-degree assault.
— Glen A. Richardson, 27, of 204 S. Third St., Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 13 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also served a warrant for failure to appear.
— Eldon W. Perkins, 54, of 343 Garden Park, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 13 with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— James Gosser, 61, of 104 Gosser St., Nicholasville, was served an indictment warrant Aug. 14 for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and failure to appear.
— Chelsea Elizabeth Austin, 20, of 3276 Sugar Creek Pike, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 15 with speeding and driving under the influence.
— Johnny Masters, 41, of 102 Gayles, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 15 with driving under the influence and no registration plate.
— Richard A. Adams, 53, of 210 E. Oak St., was charged Aug. 16 with fourth-degree assault.
— Troy N. Tilley, 58, of Mason, Ohio, was charged Aug. 16 with driving under the influence (third offense), driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
— Joshua T. Lancaster, 30, of 110 Liberty St., Nicholasville, was served warrants Aug. 17 for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts).
— Cassandra Clark, 29, of 321 Rebel Road, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 17 with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.
