Charged

— Donnie L. Frye, 37, of 1779 Kissing Ridge Road, Nicholasville, was charged July 29 with driving under the influence (second offense), possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to maintain insurance, no registration plate and driving on a suspended operator’s license.

— Shanda L. McLean, 31, of 109 Hill N Dale Drive, Nicholasville, was charged July 29 with driving under the influence (second offense) and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

— Tami Sparks, 58, of 207 Natchez Trace, Nicholasville, was charged July 28 with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, failure to maintain insurance and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Marlon Louis Tillett, 42, of 323 Laurel Lane, Nicholasville, was charged July 29 with second-degree assault.

— Marty L. Sosbe, 62, of 100 Wichita Drive  No. 7, Nicholasville, was charged July 29 with theft of motor vehicle registration plate, careless driving, driving on a suspended operator’s license and failure to maintain insurance.

— Jessica Smith, 29, of 301 Elmwood Court, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 2 with no operator’s license and driving under the influence.

— Donald C. Goodlett, 47, was charged Aug. 1 with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Joshua Michael Smith, 29, of 3557 Keene Road, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 2 with careless driving and driving under the influence (second offense).

— Steven R. Sutherland, 37, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, was charged Aug. 1 with driving under the influence (third offense) and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Anthony Current, 40, of 181 Imperial Point, Nicholasville, was served a warrant July 31 for violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Jeremie Perry, 40, of 535 Peachtree Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 1 with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Michelle L. Bruner, 34, of 108  Hillcrest Drive, Nicholasville, was charged July 31 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Charged

— Ayala Vanessa Reyes, 37, of 438 Miles Road, Nicholasville, was charged July 30 with disregarding a stop sign, driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance and no operator’s license.

— Victor Glen Hughes, 52, of 256 Blueberry Lane, Nicholasville, was charged July 29 with driving on an unexpired operator’s license, driving under the influence, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— John Rutherford, 56, of 1021 Marble Creek, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Aug. 2 for fourth-degree assault.

— Donald W. Curtis, 63, of 305 Elmwood Court, Nicholasville, was charged Aug. 3 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree fleeing or evading police.
