Charged
— Jason Taylor, 40, was served a warrant July 9 for theft by unlawful taking July 9.
— Robert T. Wallace, 52, of 122 Paddock Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant July 8 for fourth-degree assault.
— Larry Preston, 30, was served a warrant July 6 for second-degree strangulation.
— Ryan P. Rice, 42, of 170 Reynolds Lane, Nicholasville, was served a warrant July 2 for first-degree wanton endangerment and fourth-degree assault. He was served a second warrant for first-degree strangulation.
NICHOLASVILLE POLICE
Charged
— Mark Masters, 44, of 119 Liberty St., Nicholasville, was charged July 11 with driving under the influence.
— Jadrian Whiles, 32, of Georgetown, was charged July 12 with driving under the influence (second offense), driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain insurance.
— Bryan Rashawn Tye, 46, of Richmond, was charged July 11 with careless driving and driving under the influence.
— Victor G. Hughes, 52, of 256 Blueberry Lane, Nicholasville, was charged July 11 with fourth-degree assault.

— At 7:04 p.m. July 6, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Grinder Court.
— At 7:37 p.m. July 6, firefighters responded to a building fire on Stirrup Court.
— At 9:47 p.m. July 6, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Foxwood Drive.
— At 4:29 p.m. July 7, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Lexington Road.
— At 5:52 p.m. July 7, firefighters responded to an EMS call on South 5th Street.
— At 12:30 a.m. July 8, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Sulphur Well. The alarm malfunctioned.
— At 1:19 a.m. July 8, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hickory Hill Road.
