The following citations were released by The Nicholasville Police Department, The Jessamine County and The Wilmore Police Department.

- Robert Nicholas Rotunda, 34 of 530 County Park Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for theft of credit/debit card and a parole violation.
- Melinda J. Smith, 46, of 448 Corman Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for fraudulent use of a credit card and a parole violation.
- John M. Taylor, 35, of 519 Applegrove Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
- Timothy Hunter Shy, 56, of 2744 Woodlawn Way in Lexington, was arrested Sept. 16 for non-payment of court fees.
- Jeremy Thacker, 34, of 425 Hartley Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for cultivating marijuana and theft of services.
- Ivan Anaya, 27, of 306 Edgewood Drive #6 in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for DUI and possession of an alcoholic container in a motor vehicle.

- Tomeeka L. Robinson, 42, of 127 Cypress St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 18 for license to be in possession, improper passing, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to appear, probation violation, non-payment of court fees and giving officer false information.
- Nathan Barth Rice, 43, address unknown, was arrested Sept. 19 for speeding 26 mph over the limit or reckless driving.
- Mark Edward Lawson, 39, of 42 Smith Lane in Lancaster, was arrested Sept. 19 for DUI, failure to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license and no registration receipt.
- Nazar Svintozelskiy, 18, of 129 Minnow Cove in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 19 for failure to appear.
- Rhonda F. Fogle, 46, of 109 Cottage St. #B in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 19 for non-payment of court costs.
- Sean Evermore, 26, of 158 Forrest Elliot Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 19 for rape, sodomy, incest and sexual abuse.
- Lekeisha D. Caudill, 32, of 2404 Timber Hill Court in Lexington, was arrested Sept. 19 for DUI, operating on a suspended or revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia.

- Jonathan King, 43, of 140 Grace Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 19 for public intoxication.
- Gregory L. McLean, 38, address unknown, was arrested Sept. 20 for non-payment of court costs.
- Mathew Wayne Ballard, 42, of 201 Grinder Court in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 20 for non-payment of court costs.
- Charles E. Duh, 28, of 515 Greenbriar St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 20 for failure to appear and a probation violation.
- Shawna Stokley, 37, of 145 Lois Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 21 for failure to appear.
- Buddy Burton, 41, of 510 N. Third St. in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 20 for a Jessamine County warrant.
- Brooklyn Hamm, 26, of 3023 Nicholasville Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 20 for failure to appear.
- Curtis M. Young, 55, of 220 Ashville Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 22 for bail jumping.
- Jennifer A. Isaacs, 34, of 1610 Glover Ave. in Lexington, was arrested Sept. 22 for non-payment of fines.
- Michael A. Jones, 47, of 511 Homestead Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 23 for no registration plates, failure to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure to appear and fleeing or evading police.
Nicholasville man arrested for heroin
Robert Nicholas Rotunda, 34, of 530 County Park Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for possession of drug paraphernalia, public intoxication (excluding alcohol) and possession of a controlled substance (heroin), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to 201 Orchard drive in reference to an unresponsive subject sprawled out on the front steps of a residence. Rotunda was described as having slurred speech and unstable on his feet.
While conducting a search, officers located a folded-up piece of paper in a bottle cap suspected to be heroin. A needle was also located near where Rotunda was found.
Rotunda was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for mehtamphetamine
Cody Lee Maness, 23, of 3705 Chrisman Mill Road in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 11 for no registration plates, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and failure to maintain required insurance, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers observed Maness leave Circle K with canceled registration plates. A traffic stop was conducted, and Maness could not provide proof of insurance.
Maness was described as sweating profusely and nervous. He was asked to step out of the vehicle and disclose if he had anything on him. He allegedly told officers he was in possession of methamphetamine.
Methamphetamine was located in a bag along with a glass pipe and container with residue inside.
Maness was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Evarts man arrested for public intoxication
Derek Scott McLain, 40, of 233 Pounding Mill Road in Evarts, was arrested Sept. 16 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol) and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were flagged down and allegedly told McLain attempted to shoplift prior to being told to leave a local store. He was described as under the influence of an unknown narcotic, according to the citation.
McLain was found to be in possession of a silver pill holder, later identified as Suboxone and Alprazolam.
McLain was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication
Michael Richard Stevenson, 42, of 262 Biloxi Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 16 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers received a call from Stevenson in reference to someone trying to kill him. He was described as having slurred speech, bloodshot eyes and being unsteady on his feet.
Stevenson allegedly told officers he was given LSD each time he got out of rehab, had taken it three days ago and was just now coming off of his high. He also told officers he was trying to escape his toxic wife and marriage.
Stevenson was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for heroin
Mathew Wayne Ballard, 42, of 201 Grinder Court in Nicholasville, was arrested Sept. 20 for possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Ballard was sitting on a stone sign for an apartment complex and was placed into custody after officers confirmed an Ewarrant for his arrest. Ballard allegedly told officers he had two Suboxone pills in his pocket. Two pills were found, along with a quarter size strip of Suboxone in his wallet. White paper was located in Ballard’s pocket as well containing suspected heroin.
Ballard was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
