Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The Nicholasville Police Department reported the following arrests between April 8-15. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.
April 8
Kenneth Ross Lawson – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
Jonathan Kinder – Distribution of material portraying sexual performance by a minor under 12.
Austin Skylar Lee Wright – Trafficking in Marijuana 1st offense.
Kyle Evan Quillin – Possession of Marijuana. Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.
Karen B Fannin – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
Daniel Y Karnaukhov – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense. Disorderly conduct 2nd-degree. Terroristic threatening 3rd-degree.
April 10
Todd A Stewart – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Rhonda Lynn Halcomb – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
April 11
Patrick D Holmes – Operating on suspended or revoked license. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited (work zone).
April 14
Christopher R Cochran – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Vondale Morton – Failure to appear in court.
Robert W Siemens – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Brandon L Dowell – Assault 4th-degree. Criminal mischief 1st-degree.
John Stewart Quinn – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (drug unspecified). Drug paraphernalia buy/possess.
Pedro Durand – Driving on a DUI suspended license 3rd offense. Failure to produce an insurance card.
April 15
Jay A Prentice – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Failure to produce an insurance card. Leaving scene of accident – failure to render aid or assistance.
Meloney L. Carter – Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (Methamphetamine).
