March 18

Danny Gossett – Failure to appear in court.

Tammy S Preson – Probation violation (for felony offense).

 

March 19

Alan J Livingston – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid or assistance. Failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance. 

 

March 21 

Benji A Riddell – Obscuring the identity of a machine. No registration plates. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Operating vehicle with expired operators license. 

Tyler Scott Hagan – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Driving with a DUI suspended license. Careless driving. 

James P Coffman – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. Tampering with physical evidence. Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 2nd offense (Methamphetamine). Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (Heroin). Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. 

Jennifer Lamb – Failure to appear in court. Tampering with physical evidence. Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st-degree. Possession of a controlled substance 3rd-degree drug unspecified. Drug paraphernalia buy/possession.

Thomas Dwayne Stokley – Speeding 14 miles per hour over limit. Operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

Matius J Jackson – Operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

 

March 22

Donald Glenn Harrison – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 

Lisa Richardson – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. 

Shabrea D White – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Kiowa Rolla Smith – Strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related). Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.  

Tracy A Harp – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting. 

Helena J Walker – Operating on a suspended or revoked license. 

 

March 23

Ethan Morris – Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Methamphetamine). 

Armond Bell – Criminal mischief 1st-degree.
