February 5

Seth Adam Darnell – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree (Fentanyl). Drug paraphernalia buy/possess. Possession of Marijuana. 

 

February 6

Jasmine M. Gipson – Assault 4th-degree dating violence. 

Steven C. Armstrong – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. No registration plates.

 

February 7

Jett Stone Greathouse – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Leaving the scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance. Possession of Marijuana. Resisting Arrest. 

Jayda Morris – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Tanya Phipps – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

Cassie Lynn Houp – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Laura L. Mitchell – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

Huete Sanchez Nubia Banesa – Alcohol intoxication in a public place. Disorderly conduct 2nd-degree. Serving alcoholic beverages to minors 

Jadyn Rianna Carter – Careless driver. Failure to give right of way to an emergency vehicle. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
