January 21

Zachary S. Bays – Failure to appear in court. Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. Public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol). Operating on a revoked or suspended operating license. Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Heroin). Theft of identity of another w/o consent. 

 

January 22 

E’donis I. Robinson – Speeding 28 mph over the limit. Reckless driving. 

 

January 24 

Wilburn C. Lyons – Endangering the welfare of a minor. 

 

January 25

Saul I. Aguilar – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Madison N Reed – Criminal trespassing 3rd-degree. 

Ylber Alija – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Hadzer Alija – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

 

January 26

Rebecca Ina Carpenter – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 

Cameron Whitaker – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order. Criminal mischief 2nd-degree. 

 

January 27 

Vernon D. Harrison – Assault 2nd-degree. Criminal mischief 1st-degree. 

Terry M. Brewer – Trafficking in controlled substance 1st-degree (methamphetamine). Drug paraphernalia buy/possess.
