January 14

Aaron Parks – Alcohol intoxication in a public place, 1st and 2nd offense.

January 15

Christian F. Thacker – Criminal trespassing 2nd-degree.

January 16

Michael Paul Griffith Eldridge – Reckless driving. Wanton endangerment 1st-degree. Wanton endangerment 1st-degree police officer. Driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kevin Fermin Catalan – No registration plates. Operating on a suspended or revoked license. Failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance. 

Hunter B. Wells – Reckless driving. Fleeing or evading police. 3rd-degree. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle prohibited. No registration plates. 

Jeffrey Russell – Failure to comply with sex offender registration.

January 17

James Turner – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

January 18

Christina Marie Adams – Disregarding traffic controlled devices. Operating on a suspended or revoked license. Failure of owner/operator to maintain required insurance. Failure to surrender revoked operator’s license. 

Timothy W. Gill – Driving on DUI suspended license – 1st offense. No registration plates. 

Nicholas Huestis – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 

Briana D. Pastrano – Driving on DUI suspended license 1st-offense. Failure to produce an insurance card. 

Gary W. English – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others.

January 19

Jose Vasquez Rosalez – No tail lamps. No operator’s moped license. Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

January 20

Amber Power – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Leaving the scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance. 

Ryan E. Gardner – Strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related).

January 21

Elijah Strunk – Strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related). Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order (EVO)/Domestic Violence Order (DVO).
