Nathan Douglas Fraley, 40, of Lincoln County, KY passed away September 21, 2024. He was born in Akron, Ohio on December 19, 1983 to Jeffrey Scott Fraley of Nicholasville and Cynthia Dianne Fraley of Danville. Nathan was a true patriot who dearly loved his country. He served his country proudly in the US Marines in Iraq from 2003-2007. He then followed that tour of duty as a civilian contractor for Fluor Engineers for many months in Afghanistan. He then went on to work for LG&E and KU, as a Fire Protection Specialist. He enjoyed being outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, and camping. Nathan was an avid gun enthusiast. In addition to his parents, Nathan is survived by his girlfriend, Cecelia Chiu of Stanford, a brother, Brian Scott Fraley of Louisville; two half-sisters, Ava Fraley and Ella Fraley both of Nicholasville; and a nephew, Elijah Scott Fraley. Funeral Services will be 11:30am, Friday September 27, 2024 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow with full military honors at 1:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 5-8pm at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jeffrey Fraley, Elijah Fraley, Brian Fraley, Mason Wright, Charlie Gookin, and Kris Fraley.
