Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between September 1 – September 8. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.    

 

September 1

• Matthew F. Williams – Alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense).

 

September 3 

• Anthony Brashears – Public intoxication- controlled substance (excludes alcohol). 

 

September 4

• Johnathan Thomas Watkins – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting. 
• Stephen Douglas Clark – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.

 

September 7

• Christina Blackaby – Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and no registration plates.
• Thad Thomas Claunch – Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, no registration plates, improper display of registration plates, and leaving the scene of accident- failure to render aid or assistance. 
• Christopher Steagall – Disorderly Conduct, 2nd-degree. 
• Tyler Edmunson – Disorderly conduct, 2nd-degree, and alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense).
• Joshua David Tejerina – Operating vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 
• Douglas Fowler – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury, and alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense).

 

September 8

• Jonathan Doolin – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
• Michael Huntsinger – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order.
