July 31

  • Kayla M. Barnett – Disorderly conduct, 2nd-degree.

August 1

  • Steven Ashley Dieterich – Impersonating a peace officer.
  • Darrell Glen Stinnett – Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense. 
  • Usbias Shawn Phillips – Public Intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and disorderly conduct 2nd-degree. 

 

August 2

  • Cynthia Marie Perkins – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting, and possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense Hydrocodone. 
  • Evan Alexander Greene – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury. 
  • Charles Anthony Atkins – Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.

 

August 4

  • Kelvin D. Sawieh – No registration plates, operating vehicle with expired operators license, and fleeing or evading police, 2nd-degree.
  • Mark T. Hill – Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. 

 

August 5

  • Caresa Waller – Possession of a controlled substance, 1st-degree 3rd or lesser offense (methamphetamine), and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. 

 

August 7

  • Davyd Khylstick – Speeding 26 miles per hour over the speed limit and reckless driving.
  • Cody White – Public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

 

August 8

  • Christian F. Thacker – Burglary 3rd-degree.
  • Juan Gabriel Jantes Camacho – Disregarding traffic controlled traffic lights, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
  • David John Munson – Violation of a foreign Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protection Order. 

 

August 9

  • Mickey Humphrey – Violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protection Order. 
  • Jimmy Brim – Criminal Trespassing 3rd-degree.
  • Shaylin Amber Floyd – Theft by unlawful taking or disp. Shoplifting.
  • Harold J. Wise – Criminal Trespassing 3rd-degree. 

 

August 10

  • Barry Joe Wade – Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine). 
  • Jonathan W. King – Giving officer false identifying information, and possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine). 
  • Sarah E. Bushell – Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (heroin), and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/substance 1st-degree.
  • Darren Cody Scott – Possession of a controlled substance, 1st-degree 1st offense, and drug paraphernalia buy/possess. 
  • Cierra J. Hafley – Alcohol intoxication in a public place (ast and 2nd offense). 
  • Andrew Faas – Alcohol intoxication in a public place (ast and 2nd offense).

  • Justin Brewer – Public intoxication – controlled substance (excludes alcohol), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia buy/possess, and possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (drug unspecified).  
  • Jonathan C. Johnson – Theft by unlawful taking or disp. shoplifting. 
  • Gus Camenisch Brown – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st degree. 
  • Madison Reed – Possession of a controlled substance, 1st-degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine), tampering with physical evidence, and drug paraphernalia buy/possession.
  • Justin N. Carter – Robbery 1st-degree. 

 

August 12 

  • Edward Dennis McKenna – Theft by unlawful taking or disp. shoplifting. 
  • Kevin Dean Wilhoite – Disorderly conduct 2nd-degree, menacing, and resisting arrest. 

 

August 13 

  • Chance L. Beck – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury, and strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related).

  • William S. Hogue – Alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd offense). 

 

August 18 

  • Douglas Alfredo Landeta Nuvaez – Speeding 26 mph over the limit, reckless driving, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

  • Todd Lee Mitchell – Assault, 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury, and strangulation 1st-degree (domestic violence related).
