Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between July 9 – July 15. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.
July 9
- Thomas W. Stout – Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance 1st offense, and possession of handgun by convicted felon.
July 10
- Cameron S. Turner – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
- Charles Jason McDowell – Speeding 26 mph or more over the speed limit, reckless driving, and possession of marijuana.
July 11
- Brittany S. Robinson – Public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
- Zachary M. Harrison – Assault 4th-degree domestic violence (minor injury).
July 12
- Daniel S. Frakes – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (cocaine), probation violation (of misdemeanor offense), and failure to appear in court.
- Justin Anthony Cross – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine), and promoting contraband 1st-degree, assault 4th-degree domestic violence (no visible injury).
- Tanner R. Mullins – Possession of controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (cocaine), and prescription drug controlled substance not properly contained 1st offense.
- Clint G. Collins – Public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol), contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order, disorderly conduct 2nd-degree, resisting arrest, and fleeing or evading police 2nd-degree (on foot).
- Nicholas T. Brumley – Menacing, terroristic threatening 3rd-degree.
- Cameron Salisbury – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and second offense.
- Carson Robsinson – Terroristic threatening 3rd-degree.
July 14
- Jarred L. Weaver – Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection Order/Domestic Violence Order.
- Donald L. Morgan – Failure to appear in court.
- Kevin N. Watts – Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), and public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
July 15
- Chassidy J. Midkiff – Operating motor vehicle under the influence of a substance, contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
