Conch Republic is known for engaging their crowds with sing-alongs, conga lines, limbo, and dance contests, topping it off with colorful costumes, lights, props, and party favors. There will be a food truck and frozen treats for purchase on site at Riney B.

The Riney B. Park Amphitheater is a collaborative project brought to the community by a partnership between the Library (JCPL), Nicholasville/Jessamine County Parks & Recreation, and the City of Nicholasville. The project was partially funded by a grant from the Institute of Museum & Library Services with support from Lowe’s of Nicholasville.

Kate Irwin, Programming Coordinator of Special Events, says “We are so excited to be hosting this highly anticipated annual event, the perfect end-of-summer celebration at the ideal outdoor location.”
