Morgan Couch, 25, passed away on May 20, 2024, in Naples, Florida. Morgan was born in Lexington, KY, on May 3, 1999, to Jessica and Erick Eujenio Couch. Morgan’s life was filled with joy, love, and an indelible impact on all who knew him. He brought warmth and laughter to every room he entered, with a smile and laugh that was infectious. Morgan was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, cherished friend, and coworker. Morgan had a drive and ambition for the culinary arts and restaurant management. In school, he exhibited a talent and love for cooking, which he pursued. His hard work and determination led him to the position of Executive Chef at J. Alexander’s’ Restaurant, a career he gave his all to. Morgan had a passion for music, food, and the outdoors, finding joy in every note, flavor, and natural wonder. He adored the Red River Gorge and Indian Fort trails. Though his profession took him to different states, those trails were special to him. Morgan also had an online D & D and gaming community of friends with whom he shared countless memories with. Morgan is survived by his parents, Jessica and Erick Eujenio Couch. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Jakob Couch. Maternal grandparents; Dwight and Sandy Martin, Paternal grandmother; LaVerne Crank, Paternal Aunt; Melanie Brown, Paternal Uncle; David Couch, Maternal Uncle; Jason Martin. Morgan also leaves behind a large extended family, coworkers, and countless friends who will forever cherish the memories they made with him. A gathering of family and friends will be held in memory of Morgan on Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 2-5 pm at Clark Legacy Center-Brannon Crossing, Nicholasville. Rest in peace, Mo.
