 Feb. 23

• Kyle M Sherman, 24 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd-degree, promoting contraband 1st-degree, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd-degree drug unspecified. 
• Austin J Indalecio, 23 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting, possession of burglary tools. 
• Ronaldo M Pages Romero, 32 – Failure to appear in court.
• Kimberly Smith, 49 – Contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
• Oriol Batista, 49 – Contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
• Karena White, 21 – Violation of Kentucky emergency protection order/domestic violence order, assault 4th-degree dating violence, and theft by unlawful taking of disposition shoplifting auto $10,000>$1,000,000. 

 

Feb. 24

• Damon Michael True, 46 – Theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
• Rogelio Chavez, 46 – Assault, 4th-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury.
• Stacy M Anderson, 48 – Speeding and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st-degree.
• Brandon Lee Gay, 26 – Failure to appear in court. 
• David Laurick, 66 – Failure to appear in court. 

 

Feb. 26

• Crystel Davis, 48 – Probation violation for a felony offense.
• Cody Lee Huston, 30 – Serving parole violation warrant.

 

Feb. 27

• Benjamin D Bruner, 37 – Disorderly conduct 2nd-degree and terroristic threatening 3rd-degree. 
• Nathan Patrick Hildabrand, 46 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. 
• Gordon A Woolum, 47 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

 

Feb. 28

• Edward H Breathitt, 65 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st-degree.
• Stephen Thomas-Gilliam, 37 – Failure to appear in court.
• Kenneth E Sharp, 36 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
• Anderson Ashleigh, 31 – Strangulation 1st-degree, and assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

 

Feb. 29 

• Michael J Nevius, 40 – Trafficking in a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense, tampering with physical evidence, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (Heroin), operating on a suspended or revoked license, purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to wear seat belts.
• Steven E Cartwright, 53 – Probation violation (for felony offense).

March 1 

• Christopher A Abner, 43 – Failure to appear in court. 
• Andrew Preston, 38 – Failure to appear in court. 

 

March 2

• Cesar Santillian Lopez, 29 – Speeding, no registration plates, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, criminal possession of forged instrument 2nd degree (identification card), and no operators-moped license. 
• Gerrod T Gray, 37 – Failure to appear in court.

• Angela Byrd, 42 – Alcohol intoxication in a public place – 1st and 2nd offense.
• Tiffany D Greene, 42 – Speeding, reckless driving, operating on a suspended or revoked operating license, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd-degree.
