Compiled by Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between Feb. 7- Feb. 12 . They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.
Feb. 7
- Michael L Spickard, 48 – Operating on a suspended or revoked license.
- James B. Hale, 48 – Possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia, probation violation, and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
- Tommy G Perkins, 35 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
- Johnny Lee Powell, 65 – Contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
Feb. 8
- Lisa Heather Keesy-Spicer, 42 – Possession of a controlled substance 3rd-degree, promoting contraband 1st-degree, and prescription controlled substance not properly contained 1st offense.
- Richard A. Montgomery, 41 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Steven Laron Smith, 46 – Failure to appear in court.
- Joseph T. Greenwell, 29 – Failure to appear in court.
Feb. 9
- Tyler J Murphy, 27 – Assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) no visible injury, and terroristic threatening 3rd-degree.
- Amber Mitchell Morton, 44 – Theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting.
- Katherine A Mitchell, 41 – Non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.

- Marquise Davon Owens, 30 – Speeding, reckless driving, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense.
- Haley Leona-Marie Hillard, 23 – Promoting contraband 1st-degree, and possession of Marijuana.
- Jeremiah J. Hawkins, 45 – Reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, and license to be in possession.
