Jan. 24

 

• Johnny J. Mott, 41 was arrested at 1:41 a.m. on the Nicholasville Bypass for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• James E. Twardy, 67 was arrested at 4:23 p.m. at Walmart on North Main Street for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st-degree.
• Charles W. Bruner, 66 was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on East Maple Street for four charges, including trafficking in a controlled substance, 1st-degree 1st offense (methamphetamine), possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia, operating on a suspended or revoked operating license, and promoting contraband 1st-degree.

 

Jan. 25

 

• Denise K. Stephenson, 60 was arrested at 8:55 a.m. on Brookside Drive for failure to appear in court.
• Steven Cartwright, 53 was arrested at 10:41 a.m. on South 3rd Street for two charges, including probation violation for a felony offense and failure to appear in court.
• Henry Miles, 62 was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on Hickory Hill Drive for five charges, including failure to appear in court, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense (Heroin), trafficking in a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (cocaine), purchase or possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence. 

 

Jan. 26

 

• Ora E. Deering 44 was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Southview Drive for three charges, including forgery 2nd-degree, failure to appear in court and theft by deception, including cold checks $1,000<$10,000. 
• Danny L. Deering, 51 was arrested at 8:46 p.m. on Southview Drive for two charges, including failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines. 
• Jackie J. Reynolds, 46 was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on Southview Drive for three charges, including no registration plates, operating on suspended or revoked license, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense.

 

Jan. 27

 

• Angel Rebecca Campbell, 43 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 
• Gregory Shane Holsinger, 40 – Speeding 25 mph over the speed limit, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, no registration plates, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense. 
• Samantha Tuggle, 30 – Operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Gary W English, 37 – failure to appear in court and theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting. 
• Jeffrey S Rhodus, 37 – reckless driving, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense, operating a vehicle with an expired operator’s license, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense. 
• Lindsey G Hurst, 44 – Burglary 2nd-degree. 

 

Jan. 28

 

• Brandon W Hoskins, 29 – Possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st offense (Heroin), and probation violation. 
• Betty Lewis, 60 – Failure to appear in court.

• Michael King – Failure to appear in court, theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting, and failure to pay court costs, fees, or fines.
