Compiled Gillian Stawiszynski. The following arrests were reported by the Nicholasville Police Department between Jan. 6-14. They are matters of record and not indications of guilt or innocence.
Saturday, Jan. 6
• Leron S. McKee was arrested at 4:14 p.m. at the Nicholasville Police Department for unlawful imprisonment 2nd-degree.
• James Lucas was arrested at 11:01 p.m. at Waffle House for failure to appear in court.
Sunday, Jan, 7
• Edwin S. Bradburn was arrested at 4:16 p.m. at North Main Street for failure to appear in court.
• Julie A. Barenburg was arrested at 4:20 p.m. at Walmart for failure to appear in court.
Monday, Jan. 8
• Janet M. Cates was arrested at 12:47 p.m. at WesBanco for failure to appear in court.
Wednesday, Jan. 10
• Kenneth L. Jett was arrested at 11:23 a.m. on Wichita Drive for three charges, including no registration plates, no rearview mirror, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Justin L. Sebastian was arrested at 11:53 a.m. on Wichita Drive for two charges, including failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Buck Brock was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Evergreen Court for burglary 2nd-degree.
• Kimberly R. Smith was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Evergreen Court for burglary 2nd-degree.
• Terence Toolan Donohoe was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Langley Drive and Lancer Drive for failure to appear in court.
• Briyan A Cortes-Meza was arrested at 11:01 p.m. at Speedway for five charges, including speeding 20 mph over limit in school zone, disregarding traffic control device-traffic light, license to be in possession, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving on a DUI suspended license 1st offense.
Friday, Jan.12
• Ashley Ann McDonald was arrested at 10:08 a.m. at the BP Gas Station for failure to appear in court.
• Rashan S. Byrd was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on Lexington Road for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Moses Penman was arrested at 1:15 p.m. on South Central Ave for assault 4th-degree (minor injury).
• Ward Carlos Hightower was arrested at 1:44 p.m. at the Jessamine County Detention Center for three charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 2nd offense (heroin), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 2nd offense (methamphetamine), and possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia.
Saturday, Jan. 13
• William S. Cornett was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on Pinoak Drive for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
• Arlene Davis was arrested at 10:56 p.m. on West Maple Street and 3rd Street for four charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st offense, license to be in possession, failure of owner to maintain required insurance 1st offense and failure to dim headlights.
Sunday, Jan. 14
• Destini Odneal was arrested at 1:07 a.m. at Harlan Drive for two charges, including alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense, and resisting arrest.
• Madison N. Reed was arrested at 2:19 p.m. on Ashgrove Road for possession of controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (Methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st offense (drug unspecified), prescription controlled substance not properly contained 1st offense, and possession or purchase of drug paraphernalia.
• Brandi N. Stevens was arrested at 7:01 p.m. at Marathon for public intoxication of controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
