Saturday, Oct. 28
• Timothy Gill was arrested at 2:49 p.m. at Eagle Nest Drive for Criminal Mischief 2nd-degree.
• Coty Burdine was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Lauren Drive for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 2nd-offense.
Sunday, Oct. 29
• Zachary William Giltner was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on East Brannon Road for assault, 4th-degree dating violence (no visible injury).
• Mickey T. Humphrey was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on Allison Circle for violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protective Order.
Wednesday, Nov. 1
• Shari Elaine Hulett was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on North Main Street for criminal mischief 1st-degree.
• Cameron McPherson was arrested on the Nicholasville Bypass for failure to appear in court.
Friday, Nov. 3
• Denise K. Stephenson was arrested at 9:38 a.m. on Brookside Drive for two charges, including burglary 2nd-degree, and theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting $1,000 < $10,000.
• Guy B. Curtis was arrested at 10:54 a.m. on Auburn Way for two charges, including failure to appear in court and non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Saddam Yousef was arrested at 1:12 p.m. at Giovanni’s for sexual abuse 1st-degree, victim under 12 years of age.
• James R. Mink was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on East Chestnut Street for two charges, including non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines, and failure to appear in court.
• Jessica M. Tate was arrested at 10:37 p.m. on the corner of North Main Street and East Oak Street for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Saturday, Nov. 4
• Daniel K. Gates was arrested at 9:04 a.m. on Blueberry Lane for assault 4th-degree domestic violence minor injury.
• Clemente Martinez was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on Lexington Road for four charges, including operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st-degree, no operator’s moped license, no registration plates, and possession of open alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle.

• Austin D. Morris was arrested at 1:09 a.m. at Tap House Bar and Lounge for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
• Austin Edward Keith was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on North Main Street for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Trevor M. Graham was arrested at 1:23 a.m. at Tap House Bar and Lounge for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
• Joey Alfredo Garibey was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on North York Street for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
• Diana Ramirez was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on North York Street for alcohol intoxication in a public place 1st and 2nd offense.
• Amanda Workman was arrested at 2:59 p.m. on North Main Street for failure to appear in court.
• Jessica M. Barnett was arrested at 8:18 p.m. on East Maple Street for criminal trespassing 3rd-degree.
Monday, Nov. 6
• Brandy Cress was arrested at 9:15 a.m. on Bellechase Lane for failure to appear in court.
• Adam D. King was arrested at 6:18 p.m. on Williams Road for two charges, including leaving the scene of an accident- failure to render aid or assistance, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

• Lucinda Taylor Castle was arrested at 12:01 p.m. on E Brannon Road for failure to appear in court.
• Kelly Clouse was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on US 27 and Martin Luther King Boulevard for two charges, including possession of controlled substance 1st-degree (fentanyl) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Melissa G Mastin was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on S Main Street for failure to appear in court.
• Austin J. Stuban was arrested at 10:27 p.m. on 871 N Main Street (Oreilly) for two charges, including violation of parole and contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
Thursday, Nov. 9
• Justine T. Gonzales was arrested at 8:10 p.m. at Domino’s Pizza Restaurant for public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Friday, Nov. 10
• Joseph S. Tittle was arrested at 12:54 p.m. at Prestige Auto Care for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Saturday, Nov. 11
• Jamesy Seide Swentzel was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on Rowanberry Drive for alcoholic intoxication in a public place (1st and 2nd-offense).
• Jeremy K. Jimerson was arrested at 9:19 a.m. on Beechwood Drive for three charges, including violation of a Kentucky Domestic Violence Order/Emergency Protective Order, possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 1st-offense (Methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Garrison M. Caleb was arrested at 11:26 a.m. at the Avenue Apartments Parking Lot for indecent exposure, 2nd-degree.
