Sunday, Oct, 22
• Michael S. King was arrested at 6:07 p.m. at McDonald’s for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
Tuesday, Oct. 24
• Carmen Klementine Swider was arrested at 3:45 p.m. at Walmart for criminal possession of forged instrument 1st-degree (identification).
• Laura D. Hayes was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on Grey Oak Lane for failure to appear in court.
• Jeremy Wayne Young was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on North Main Street and Imperial Way for failure to appear in court.
Wednesday, Oct. 25
• Regina Moore was arrested at 2:42 a.m. at Plaza Place for two charges, including failure to appear in court and contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order.
• Justin Nowell Carter at 9:25 a.m. on Edgewood Drive for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
• Malcolm J. Brown was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on South Main Street for failure to appear in court.
Thursday, Oct. 26
• William T. Taylor was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on Danville Road for three charges, including speeding 19 miles per hour over the limit, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and driving on a DUI suspended license 1st-offense.
• Kelvin Blake Blanton was arrested at 4:00 a.m. on Danville Road at Sports Complex for four charges, including speeding 26 miles per hour over the limit, reckless driving, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle prohibited, and operating of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Cody White was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on South Central Avenue for criminal trespassing 3rd-degree.
• Richard D. Rynes was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on East Maple Street for failure to appear in court.
• Freddie R Manning was arrested at 2:46 p.m. on the Nicholasville Bypass for possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (unidentified).
• Jeremy Ray Lamb was arrested at 2:53 p.m. at the Speedway Gas Station for two charges, including public intoxication of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree, 1st-offense (Heroin).
• Valerie L. Goins was arrested at 9:25 p.m. at Walmart for public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Friday, Oct. 27
• Sarah E. Richardson was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on Danville Road for three charges, including speeding 26 miles per hour over the limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st-degree, and careless driving.
• Ryan Z. Paull was arrested at 2:27 a.m. on Danville Road for two charges, including speeding 22 miles per hour over the limit, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
• Cody R. White was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on S Central Avenue for three charges, including possession of a controlled substance 1st-degree 3rd-offense drug unspecified, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
• Amancia Torres Trevino was arrested at 2:28 p.m. at Imperial Pointe for two charges, including strangulation 1st-degree and assault 4th-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.
• Kearie Brea Watts was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at Kohls for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting $1,000 < $10,000.
• Louis A .Small was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at Kohls for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting $1,000 < $10,000.
• Tyjaun Evans was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on 150 Kohls Drive for theft by unlawful taking or shoplifting $1,000 < $10,000 (complicity).
• Brooke A. McCoy was arrested at 9:28 p.m. on Sparks Avenue for failure to appear in court.
• Mark D. Sparks was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on Danville Road for non-payment of court costs, fees, or fines.
