Charged

• Tracy Bruner, 42, of Lancaster, was charged Nov. 30 with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

• Cody Tudor, 26, of Virginia Lane, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 29 with fourth-degree assault and failure to appear (four counts).

• Clay Phillips, 34, of Springfield, was charged Nov. 29 with public intoxication, tampering with physical evidence, first-degree promoting contraband and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Jason A. Lindsey, 40, of Timothy Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 30 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Billie J. Fitzpatrick, 37, of Timothy Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 30 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

• Robert M. Gabbard, 38, of Hawthorne Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 6 with driving under the influence, prescription controlled substance not in proper container, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and leaving the scene of an accident.

• Donna Warfield, 42, of Peachtree Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Dec. 3 with driving under the influence, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), first-degree possession of a controlled substance,  possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Anthony Joe Belfiore, 61, of Wilmore Road, Nicholasville, was charged Monday with failure to wear seat belt, no registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving under the influence.
