• William T. Burgin, 33, of Leah Court, Nicholasville, was served a warrant for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts) and failure to appear.

• Tisha Loraine Kennedy, 35, of Richmond, was charged Nov. 24 with careless driving, second-degree wanton endangerment and driving under the influence (second offense). She was also charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting contraband.

• Kevin Duane Lisk, 44, of Danville, was charged Nov. 27 with driving on a suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.

• John Tyler Asher, 24, of Coconut Grove Avenue, Nicholasville, was served a Leslie County warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Kevin R. Cross, 43, of Cool Breeze Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 24 with receiving stolen property, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and first-degree promoting contraband.

• Kimberly D. Basham, 46, of Butler Boulevard, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 30 with receiving stolen property.

• Kyle Long, 46, of Richmond Avenue, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 28 with improper turning, no operator’s license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Brittany Fay Graham, 30, of Southview Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 28 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Christy R. Eldridge, 40, of Stratton Avenue, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 29 with first-degree unlawful imprisonment.

• Brice Kevin McKoon, 48, of Jahoe Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 27 with fourth-degree assault.

• Tawna Rae Miller, 33, of Strawberry Lane, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 28 with third-degree possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and public intoxication.

• Danny Kanatzer, 42, was charged Nov. 27 with alcohol intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.

• Christopher T. Noe, 38, of North Second Street, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 26 with receiving stolen property and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
