Charged
• Robert Lee Cartwright, 30, of North Lexington Avenue, Wilmore, was charged Nov. 18 with failure to or improper signal, careless driving, no registration plate and driving under the influence (second offense).
• Joseph Turner, 42, of Ridgeview Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 17 with first-degree robbery.
• Lan Jancin Arron Penman, 26, of Stephens Street, Nicholasville, was served an indictment warrant for third-degree rape Nov. 18.
• Ryan L. Gill, 20, of Shun Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 18 with first-degree fleeing or evading police, giving an officer false identifying information and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
• Sylvia Penman, 48, of South Central Avenue, Nicholasville, was charged Nov. 18 with second-degree assault.
• Terrance Jerome Wade, 41, of Clinton Township, Michigan, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and resisting arrest.
• Kaylie N. cornett, 31, of Maryrose Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication.
• Steven James Lathery, 49, of Pinoak Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and failure to or improper signal.
• Cleston McKinley Collins, 53, of Rebel Road, Nicholasville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (third offense) and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
• Nicholas Payton Degler, 25, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with reckless driving and driving under the influence.
• Kyle William Staley, 26, of Lexington, was served a warrant Nov. 20 for fourth-degree assault.
• Joshua McCabe, 31, of Rebel Road, Nicholasville, was served a warrant Nov. 20 for second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Joel Allen Gaddis, 32, of Lexington, was served a warrant Nov. 20 for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Steven Vance Senters, 42, of Berea, was charged Nov. 20 with driving under the influence.
• Logan Whitaker, 38, of Beauford Place, Nicholasville, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Thomas Williams, 54, of Longview Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Robin J. South, 60, of Ware Boulevard, Nicholasville, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.
