We have the opportunity to choose Josh Hicks for the U.S. House of Representatives in November.

He is a Democrat running against Andy Barr.

It is time for a change, and Josh offers a fresh approach to representing the people of the Sixth District.

He grew up in rural Kentucky, served in the Marine Corps, worked as a police officer and is now an attorney in Lexington, so he has a good understanding of issues that are important to Kentuckians.

He is interested in collaborating with representatives of both parties.

He has not taken any money from corporate PACs, so he is not beholden to them.

He will work to lower the cost of health care, promote the expansion of broadband internet and will fight to end the opioid crisis.
