— Michael Patrick O’Donnell, 45, of Lexington, was charged Sept. 1 with no brake lights, failure to maintain insurance, driving under the influence, second-degree promoting contraband and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Elize Pierre-Paul, 45, of 245 Kimberly Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 1 with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Trevor Patrick Workman, 25, of 1124 S. Logana Pike, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 1 with fourth-degree assault.

— Rodrogo G. Lay, 33, of 205 John Sutherland Road, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 3 with receiving stolen property under $10,000, theft by unlawful taking and second-degree fleeing or evading police.

— Bobby White, 24, of 836 Wilmore Road, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 3 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Donald Goodlett, 48, of 603 S. Central Ave., Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 2 with theft by unlawful taking.

— Harold L. Thomas, 61, of 200 N. Second St., Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 3 with fourth-degree assault and first-degree strangulation.

— Michael Brumfield, 30, of Georgetown, was served a Scott County warrant Sept. 7 for second-degree criminal abuse, second-degree wanton endangerment and endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Jeremy Isaac Harvey, 23, of 1001 Clear Creek Road, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 3 with driving under the influence.

— Jennifer Lamb, 40, of 535 Peachtree Drive, Nicholasville, was served and indictment warrant Sept. 5 for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

— Shayla Brooks, 34, of 149 Gainsway Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Sept. 4 with fourth-degree assault.

— Cassandra Clark, 29, was charged Sept. 4 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
