Charged

— Michael Caudill, 34, was charged June 9 with fourth-degree assault, public intoxication and possession of marijuana.

 

JESSAMINE COUNTY SHERIFF

— Regina G. Middleton, 49, of 86 Griffin Drive, Nicholasville, was charged June 10 with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also served a warrant for trafficking in a controlled substance — fentanyl (two counts).

— Joan Jonathan Garcia Martinez, 23, of Lexington, was charged June 6 with driving under the influence.

— Arlo Arturo Terrazas Baca, 38, of 209 Bass Pond Glen, Nicholasville, was charged May 30 with driving under the influence.

— James E. Lucas, 31, of 35 Leedean Circle, Nicholasville, was charged May 25 with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— Brandon Ray Montgomery, 37, of 3425 Union Mill Road, Nicholasville, was charged May 20 with driving under the influence.

— Deslan Scott Hurley, 44, of Georgetown, was charged May 14 with receiving stolen property.

— Daniel Reeves, 38, of 506 N. Central Ave. Apt. 508, Nicholasville, was charged May 4 with driving under the influence.

— Christopher A. Hager, 42, of 300 Waterworks Road, Nicholasville, was charged May 3 with fourth-degree assault, trafficking in marijuana, cultivating marijuana more than five plants, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (four counts), second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and trafficking in a controlled substance (ecstasy).

— Darren Clark, 41, of 308 E. Main St., Wilmore, was charged April 25 with violation of an EPO/DVO.

— At 5:04 p.m. June 8, firefighters responded to a brush fire on Lexington Road.

— At 6:06 p.m. June 8, firefighters responded to an injury accident on South Junction.

— At 7:15 p.m. June 8, firefighters responded to an EMS call on Wichita Drive.

— At 9:43 p.m. June 8, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Edgewood Drive.

— At 8:17 p.m. June 9, firefighters responded to an EMS call on South Main Street.

— At 5:30 a.m. June 10, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on South Main Street. The alarm malfunctioned.

— At 8:16 a.m. June 10, firefighters were called to Strawberry Lane concerning an overheated motor.

— At 12:43 p.m. June 10, firefighters were called to East Brannon Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 5:06 p.m. June 10, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide detector sounding on Chruchill Crossing. The system malfunctioned.
