NICHOLASVILLE POLICE
— Sheldon Irwin Spritz, 42, of Lexington, was charged May 4 with receiving stolen property.
— Jordan Victor Triplett, 29, of 208 Davis Drive, Nicholasville, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (second offense).
— Orlando E. Tate, 72, of Lexington, was charged May 6 with driving under the influence (second offense), driving on a suspended operator’s license and possession of open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
— Patrick Collins, 35, of 108 Birch Drive, Nicholasville, was served a warrant May 3 for fourth-degree assault and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
— Eldon W. Perkins, 54, of 343 Garden Park Drive, Nicholasville, was charged May 4 with fourth-degree assault.
— Keith Marshall, 45, of 125 Wilson Ave., Nicholasville, was charged May 7 with served warrants for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts, failure to appear (three counts) and failure to pay fines..
— Keith Marshall, 45, of 222 Butler Blvd., Wilmore, was charged May 6 with third-degree criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct.
— Wally Dean Brown, 39, of Berea, was charged May 9 with driving under the influence (second offense) and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
— April Padgett, 33, of 610 N. Central Ave., Nicholasville, was served an indictment warrant May 10 for first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
— Mary Jane Bell, 19, of Billings, Montana, was charged May 9 with driving under the influence, failure to maintain insurance and no operator’s license.
— Hunter Thomas Scott, 36, of Winchester, was charged May 8 with public intoxication and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (three counts).
— Kristopher Cole, 19, of 710 E. Chesnut Drive, Nicholasville, was served warrants May 8 for failure to appear, terroristic threatening, first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree robbery.

— At 12:51 p.m. May 4, firefighters responded to an injury accident on North Main Street.
— At 1:37 p.m. May 4, firefighters responded to an EMS call on John Preece Drive.
— At 4:33 a.m. May 5, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Fairfield Drive. It was a false alarm.
— At 7:36 a.m. May 5, firefighters responded to a building fire on Lexington Road.
— At 5:15 p.m. May 5, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Coconut Grove. There was no fire,
— At 9:29 p.m. May 5, firefighters responded to a trash fire on Jefferson Street.
— At 9:05 a.m. May 6, firefighters were called to North Main Street for a smell of smoke.
— At 4:59 p.m. May 6, firefighters were called to Rowanberry Drive for a smoke detector sounding. It malfunctioned.
— At 6:49 p.m. May 6, firefighters were called to Homestead Drive for an outside fire.
— At 2:13 a.m. May 7 firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lincoln Street.
