Nicholasville woman arrested for public intoxication
Katie Lynn Deering, 28, of 619 S. Third St. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 8 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol) according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Deering was found by officers at Walmart and appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance. Deering was described as having constricted pupils, slurred speech, was unsteady on her feet and appeared to be nodding off while officers were attempting to talk to her. Deering allegedly admitted to taking heroin.
Deering was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for public intoxication
Anthony Ryder Hurt, 33, of 109 Ford Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested July 11 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched in reference to Hurt yelling at subjects as they passed by. Hurt was described as having slurred speech and difficulty maintaining balance, according to the citation.
Hurt allegedly told officers he had used drugs that day but would not tell them what kind.
Hurt was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Georgetown woman arrested for methamphetamine, heroin
Jacqueline Marie Lagutap, 33, of 204 Wanda Lee Trail in Georgetown, was arrested July 9 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of identity of another without consent, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on Lagutap’s vehicle, who allegedly proceeded to give officers false identifying information.
It was confirmed that Lagutap had a warrant out for her arrest out of Fayette County. Upon searching the vehicle, officers found methamphetamine, heroin and needles.
Lagutap was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Lancaster man arrested for public intoxication
Gunner W. Graham, 28, of 6442 Sugar Creek Road in Lancaster, was arrested July 13 for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Graham was observed walking through the fairgrounds and allegedly appeared to be under the influence. Officers made contact with Graham who allegedly had pinpoint pupils and slurred speech. Graham also had a hard time standing still, according to the citation.
After being placed under arrest, officers confiscated eight 40 milligram pills Graham claimed were Adderall. Poison control confirmed the pills were actually 40 milligram Vyvanse.
Graham was taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

— Tiffany N. Austin, 32, address unknown, was arrested July 8 for trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin).
— Homer Estes, 54, of 227 S. Lexington Ave. in Wilmore, was arrested July 8 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), menacing and first-degree disorderly conduct.
— Michael Burch, 34, of 3420 Southerland drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 9 for non-payment of court costs.
— Kyle Perry, 33, of 204 Wanda Lee Trail in Georgetown, was arrested July 9 for failure to maintain required insurance, improper display of registration plates, failure to appear and no registration plates.
— Jaqueline Marie Lagutup, 33, of 204 Wanda Lee Trail in Georgetown, was arrested July 9 for failure to appear.
— Christina Guardiola, 34, of 105 Cameron Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested July 9 for failure to appear.
— David Wayne Hurd Jr., 21, of 509 N. Second St. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 10 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Abdel Razzaq Hejazi, 30, of 175 N. Locust Hill Dr. Apt. 1112 in Lexington, was arrested July 10 for failure to appear.
— David Alfred Smith, 48, of 201 N. Second St. in Nicholasville, was arrested July 10 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Isiah B. Woolwine, 29, of 9424 Mt. Sterling Road in Winchester, was arrested July 10 for failure to appear.
