Nicholasville man arrested for methamphetamine
Zachary M. McNeely, 26, of 104 Lige Circle in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to Wichita Drive in reference to a verbal dispute. Once on scene, McNeely stated he did not know his social security number, according to the citation. Officers asked for permission to search, which McNeely gave. In his pocket, a necklace with a clear vial attached was located. McNeely told officers it was the ashes of his best friend.
Officers opened the vial and located a clear plastic baggie containing a crystal substance suspected to be methamphetamine. Once arrested, McNeely told officers there was a pipe inside the residence used to smoke methamphetamine. McNeely pled guilty to possession of methamphetamine, according to the citation.
Wilmore man arrested for methamphetamine
Anthony L. Houp, 46, of 1015 Shanty Hill Lane in Wilmore, was arrested June 18 for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), promoting contraband and possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Houp was located at 111 N. Central Ave. and was known to have a warrant out for his arrest. Houp was placed under arrest, after which, a search resulted in the confiscation of a cigarette pack with a clear ice like substance suspected to be methamphetamine.
Houp was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
Nicholasville man arrested for DUI
Joseph Barnes, 38, of 311 S. Third St. in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for DUI and operating on a suspended or revoked license, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Barnes was seen traveling at a high rate of speed on the wrong side of the road and failing to use his turn signal. Barnes allegedly pulled into a drive way and exited the car and proceeded to walk around to the front of the vehicle.
Barnes was described as manifestly under the influence, unstable, having difficulty standing and attempted to leave, according to the citation.
When first asked, Barnes allegedly admitted to driving, although later denied the admission. Barnes also allegedly told officers he had ingested heroin within 12 hours of the stop.
Barnes was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.
The following citations were released by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office the Nicholasville Police Department and the Wilmore Police Department.
— Victor P. Sepulveda, 39, of 306 Lakeview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for non-payment of court fees.
— Corey A. Martin, 18, of 106 Mingo Road in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for fraudulent use of a credit card under $10,000.
— John Goodwin, 28, of 39 E. Lexington Ave. in Winchester, was arrested June 18 for first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12.
— Ashley Nicole Courtney, 27, of 224 Kalla Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for non-payment of court costs.
— Courtney Ann Ervin, 25, of 207 S. Campbell St. in Lancaster, was arrested June 18 for non-payment of court costs.
— Rebecca A. Tye, 47, of 933 Jenny Court in Florence, was arrested June 18 for failure to pay.
— Taylor M. Spicer, 22, of 109 Southview Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for failure to pay.
— Jacob Clem, 33, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for failure to appear.
— Amber Johnson, 39, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for a parole violation.
— Brian Jones, 29, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for theft of identity of another without consent, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and first-degree promoting contraband.
— Andrea Cowan, 32, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for theft by unlawful taking under $10,000, first-degree promoting contraband and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
— Donnie Frye, 35, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for DUI, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, theft of identity of another without consent, third-degree assault of a police officer, fleeing or evading police, operating on a suspended or revoked license and persistent felony offender.
— David Alfred Smith, 48, of 201 N. First St. in Nicholasville, was arrested June 18 for alcohol intoxication in a public place.
— Mathew Feldman, 56, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for DUI, driving on a DUI suspended license and wanton endangerment.
— Dustin Hubert, 33 of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for being a fugitive for another state.
— Johnny Davis, 60, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for failure to pay.
— William Long, 45, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for failure to pay.
— William Long, 48, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for failure to pay.
— Megan Griffin, 23, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for receiving stolen property under $10,000.
— Amy Welch, 30, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for possession of a controlled substance.
— David Meyer, 46, of the Jessamine County Detention Center, was arrested June 18 for trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent felony offender and possession of marijuana.
— Donte Jordan, 31, of 218 E. Maple St. in Nicholasville, was arrested June 19 for second-degree disorderly conduct.
— Charles William Jackson, 36, of 107 Beechwood Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 19 for fourth-degree assault.
— Susan Dorice Moss, 46, of 104B Lakeshore Drive in Kuttawa, was arrested June 20 for failure to appear.
— Mathew Hammons, 35, of 106 Wabarto Way in Nicholasville, was arrested June 20 for non-payment of court costs.
— Heaven A. Pitts, 18, of 964 Valley Farm Drive in Lexington, was arrested June 20 for theft by unlawful taking.
— Justin Adams, 31, of 102 Floyd Court in Nicholasville, was arrested June 20 for a Jessamine County warrant.
— Brian Hoosier, 46, of 108 Crenshaw Lane in Nicholasville, was arrested June 20 for a Jessamine County warrant.
— Hunter Thomas Scott, 35, of 308 E. Main St. in Nicholasville, was arrested June 21 for a probation violation.
— Alfredo Romero, 45, of 1346 Village Drive Apt. D9 in Lexington, was arrested June 22 for rear license plate not illuminated and no operator’s license.
— Leonardo Flores, 27, of 1261 Village Drive Apt. 53 in Lexington, was arrested June 22 for failure to appear.
— William J. Brock, 48, of 113 Old Wilmore Road in Nicholasville, was arrested June 23 for non-payment of court costs.
— Timothy A. Arnold, 44, of 3369 Union Mill Road in Nicholasville, was arrested June 23 for contempt of court, theft of identity of another without consent and license to be in possession.
— James Gill, 41, of 333 Williams Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested June 23 for no operator’s moped license.
— Ignacio Diaz-Ruiz, 42, of 480 Whispering Hills in Lexington, was arrested June 23 for failure to maintain required insurance and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Dustin B. Ferguson, 29, of 2480 Paris Pike in Lexington, was arrested June 23 for alcohol intoxication.
