Nicholasville man arrested for methamphetamine
Joshua A Hager, 32, of 114 Stratton Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 6 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and promoting contraband, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Hager was observed by officers in the Speedway parking lot and was described as unable to keep his balance after walking inside the building. Hager was placed under arrest for public intoxication. Upon arrival at the Jessamine County Detention Center, two small bags of a white powdery substance were found on Hager, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana
Jimmy D. Robinett, 27, of 1049 High Point Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 7 for possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and possession of marijuana, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were dispatched to the Jessamine County Detention Center in reference to Robinett arriving for a visit. He was known to have an open warrant for his arrest. After being placed under arrest, a search resulted in the confiscation of a folded piece of paper with a gray powdery substance. Also located on Robinett, was a clear zip lock bag with suspected heroin inside, a bag a marijuana and two zip lock bags with suspected methamphetamine.
Officers also confiscated a syringe, scale and numerous other zip lock bags, according to the citation.

Nicholasville man arrested for heroin, methamphetamine
James C. Gill, 41, of 39 Young Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 9 for possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a citation released by the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies made contact with Gill in his driveway after confirming he had a warrant for his arrest. After being placed into custody, Gill was found to be in possession of three individual packages of a clear substance believed to be methamphetamine and another singular package of a dark brown substance believed to be heroin. Also confiscated was a glass smoking pipe.
Gill was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

Lexington man arrested for public intoxication
Donald W. Redmon II, 43, of 332 American Ave. in Lexington, was arrested May 9 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol), according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers were flagged down in reference to a suspicious male and were advised the individual was most likely under the influence. Redmon was located on Applegrove Drive when he flagged down the police cruiser, got inside the vehicle and told officers to get him out of the area because someone was out to get him.
Redmon was described as sweating profusely, unable to control body movements, unable to make clear statements and advised officers people were going to kill him.
Redmon allegedly told officers he had used a line of methamphetamine. Redmon was arrested and transported to the Jessamine County Detention Center, according to the citation.

West Virginia woman arrested for theft, methamphetamine
Andrea Cowan, 32, of Redhouse, West Virginia, was arrested May 9 for theft by unlawful taking, promoting contraband and possession of a controlled substance, according to a citation released by the Nicholasville Police Department.
Officers located a vehicle on US 27 in reference to shoplifting from Kohls. Cowan was seen on video setting her purse down beside a male subject who then placed two items into her purse. Redhouse was then seen leaving Kohls with the male subject. Cowan was arrested and taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center. Upon being searched by jail staff, she was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, according to the citation.

— Robert A. Clements, 46, of 333 Legion Drive Apt. 121 in Lexington, was arrested May 2 for public intoxication (excluding alcohol).
— Aaron J. Canter, 19, of 11019 Symington Circle in Louisville, was arrested May 2 for receiving stolen property under $10,000.
— Elizabeth Grace Warford, 33, of 2464 Wanda Court in Lexington, was arrested May 3 for operating on a suspended or revoked license, no registration plates and failure to maintain required insurance.
— Christy D. McIntosh, 43, of 1021 Polley Drive in Bardstown, was arrested May 3 for second-degree burglary.
— Jason Edward Riley, 25, of 4585 Longbridge Lane in Lexington, was arrested May 3 for DUI.
— Jason C. Gresham, 46, of 304 Angela trail in Nicholasville, was arrested May 3 for disregarding a stop sign, DUI and no registration receipt.
— Dustin Tyler Thomas Bryant, 27, of 1700 Masters Lane in Lexington, was arrested May 4 for non-payment of court costs.
— Austin M. Barnett, 19, of 400 N. Central Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 4 for failure to appear.
— William David Nolan Sowder, 18, of 435 Apache Drive in Paint Lick, was arrested May 4 for no registration plates, operating on a suspended or revoked license, one headlight and failure to produce insurance card.
— Aylia Bush, 26, of 809 Orange Blossom Drive in Nicholasville, was arrested May 4 for failure to appear.
— Kelly Vinton, 45, of 112 Anderson Way in Nicholasville, was arrested May 4 for speeding 26 mph over the limit, reckless driving and DUI.
— Carol Barnes, 33, of 114 Stratton Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 4 for a probation violation, non-payment of court fees and failure to appear.
— Phillip E. Bailey, 41, of 414 Richmond Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 4 for failure to appear.
— John M. Edwards, 58, of 110 Jessamine Ave. in Nicholasville, was arrested May 4 for fourth-degree assault.
— Nekesha Marie McCann, 36, of 211 Imperial Pointe in Nicholasville, was arrested May 5 for DUI and operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Robert Lee Harris, 39, of 443 Edgewood Drive Apt. 1 in Nicholasville, was arrested May 5 for failure to appear.
